Terms & Conditions BEYOND BORDERS 2026
1. You will give permission for Steve Madden to share personal information with the event agencies.
2. Steve Madden has booked transfers, flights and hotel for this purpose. In the event of a no show, you have to reimburse all costs incurred by Steve Madden in respect of your attendance at the event.
3. Steve Madden has booked outbound and return flights for you. Steve Madden is neither responsible nor liable for you missing a transfer and/or flight.
4. Steve Madden does not arrange any form of personal travel insurance, so make sure to organize this yourself ahead of time.
5. Steve Madden is neither responsible nor liable for your property going missing.
6. You will indemnify, defend and hold Steve Madden harmless from any loss, liability, costs or damages arising from actual or threatened claims by any third party resulting from its breach of this Agreement or negligence, gross negligence or intentional misconduct of such party or its representatives or agents when acting within the scope of their employment or agency.
7. Guest activities outside the Beyond Borders event program are at the Guest's own expense and responsibility.
8. Being under the influence and using drugs during the Beyond Borders event is not allowed. Excessive drinking is also not allowed during the Beyond Borders event.
9. You are aware that Steve Madden and third parties (including other guests and press) may take visuals and/or audio materials during the Beyond Borders event (Steve Madden has the full organic rights for this content).
10. You may also make visual and/or audio materials of the Beyond Borders event. You agree that Steve Madden and/or third parties may repost these materials on their social media channels, websites and/or other media; 
11. By entering your email address and submitting this form, you consent to receive messages (such as invitations and important information regarding the event) from Steve Madden at the email you provided. Message frequency varies.
